As Director of Operations, Mr. DiGeronimo is responsible for establishing uniformly high production and quality standards for all design and contract documents. His 40 years of experience guides him in oversight of project team personnel, monitoring technical production on all projects to insure quality design standards maintain high productivity.
Mr. DiGeronimo initiates a project and services all client needs through completion. He is adept at dealing with municipal, county, state and federal agencies having jurisdiction over architectural projects. Mr. DiGeronimo ensures a quality contract, drawing and specification packages, by performing periodic quality control checks.

As Managing Principal, Ms. DiGeronimo establishes the firm’s overall goals and objectives and coordinates their implementation. She applies Quality Assurance/Quality Control management techniques to guide each project. She has trained architects, across the U.S in Quality Management for the AIA. She has received training from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in Total Quality Management (TQM) practice and principles and is knowledgeable in ISO 9000 procedures.
